1980 - 1986

In 1980 he started his postgraduate studies at the Musikhochschule in Cologne and got a grant from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

• Diploma in composition under Prof. J. Blume
• Conducting diploma under Prof. G. Fork
• Trombone examination under Prof. B. Slokar

In addition he completed his studies in electronic music under Prof. U. Humpert.
